The Core Mandate
SHINIT AI provides digital agents for productive business automation. We strictly prohibit the use of our technology for activities that cause consumer harm, facilitate fraud, or violate the technical policies of our infrastructure partners.
Strictly Prohibited
- Mass Spamming & Cold DM Outreach
- Unauthorized Financial/Medical Advice
- Political Campaigning & Deceptive Bots
- Illegal Trade (Tobacco/Restricted Goods)
Required Practices
- Clear Disclosure of AI Identity
- Respect for User Opt-out/Block
- Valid Meta Business Templates
- Accuracy Monitoring by Human Staff
Platform Compliance
Violation of the WhatsApp Commerce Policy or Instagram Community Standards via our API bridges will result in immediate termination of service.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Reporting Abuse
If you witness a business using SHINIT AI infrastructure for harmful purposes, please report it immediately.
